With experience on both the direct writer and broker sides of the industry, he brings a broad understanding of the insurance marketplace and the ability to deliver tailored solutions backed by a diverse network of carriers.
Working with construction, manufacturing, and real estate businesses, Connor helps clients navigate complex risk exposures, structure effective insurance programs, and make informed decisions that support their long-term objectives. He takes a practical, client-focused approach, investing the time to understand each organization’s operations, challenges, and goals in order to develop solutions that align with their business needs.
A graduate of Lindenwood University, Connor played football while earning multiple academic honors during his time on campus. His connection to Lindenwood remains strong today, and he is proud to stay involved with both the university and the St. Charles community. He serves on the Board of the St. Charles Sister Cities Program and coaches football at Orchard Farm High School. Whether working with clients, supporting local organizations, or giving back to the community that he calls home, Connor values building lasting relationships and serving as a trusted resource to those around him.
